CTRL+Shift is a shift scheduling platform for healthcare staff. It provides a sleek interface with robust features, marrying a beautiful UI with flexible scheduling options.
I worked with Hello Writing to design a sleek new identity for the brand. A hybrid of tech-savvy brilliance and health-centric professionalism.

The Challenge
The goal for the identity was to create a tech vibe with an empowering angle, while maintaining the healthcare initiative at the core of the end user. The brand will be adapted for nursing facilities to post jobs, as well as for staff members who choose shifts.
The Solution
It was important to highlight the “control” aspect, as in “control your shift”, which lends an empowerment angle to be optimized with a positive perspective.
We simplified the traditional calendar icon to ground its formal attributes and blended that with a modern calendar user interface, thus crystallizing the brand idea: Choose your schedule any day.
